Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping unless local consumer laws state otherwise.
